A partner organization is a group with which you will implement your project. As youth exchanges are international, there must be at least one partner from a foreign country.

The partner is an organization that has an OID. It can be a foundation, association, informal group, etc. operating on the territory of the European Union and registered in one of the Member States or a country with which the Erasmus+ Program enables cooperation.
