What formal requirements should a partner organization meet?

The partner organization should have an OID (identification number which means that the organization is registered in the Erasmus+ system and can formally act as a partner) and be registered (established) in Program or Partner Countries.

In addition, at the stage of submitting the application, it is necessary to attach the so-called “Mandates” or authorizations to submit a grant application from all partner organizations for the applicant organization.

Each partner should also provide us with information about the activities of their organization and the people who manage it (such questions can be found in the application) – experienced organizations know about this requirement, thanks to which the transfer of this information is very efficient.
