Intercultural learning

What is most important from the perspective of Erasmus+ Youth International Exchange priorities, apart from the development of youth skills, is intercultural learning – learning about other habits, beliefs and lifestyles freely in a direct way. During the integration activities on the Youth Exchange, as an organizer or national leader, you must remember to support the partnership between the participants; it is important that they can express their beliefs in a comfortable way, while listening carefully to others and being aware of the learning process taking place in this way.
