What if the application fails?

Above all – don’t worry, it’s not the end of the world. Not receiving a grant does not automatically mean that your project was of poor quality. It doesn’t mean that the work you’ve done will go to waste. Within each recruitment in Poland, up to 300 applications are submitted for co-financing Youth Exchanges and about half of them receive co-financing (but it all depends on the amount of money allocated to a specific call).

All submitted projects (both the ones that received funding and the ones that were rejected) receive feedback via e-mail from the employees of the National Agency. The information is divided according to the evaluation criteria and for each section the strengths and weaknesses of your application are indicated. If you do not receive funding, use this information to correct your application and submit it at a next date!
